เงื่อนไขการใช้บริการบัตรกำนัล

• บัตรกำนัลสามารถใช้ได้เมื่อชำระกับทางผู้ให้บริการเรียบร้อยแล้ว
• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถเปลี่ยน / แลก / ทอน เป็นเงินสดได้ในทุกกรณี
• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถใช้ได้สำหรับเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 11 ปี
• บัตรกำนัลสามารถใช้ได้สำหรับการรับประทานอาหารที่ร้านเท่านั้น ไม่รวมถึงเซตเมนู หรือเมนูพิเศษต่างๆตามที่โรงแรมกำหนด
• บัตรกำนัลสามารถใช้ได้ไม่เกิน 10 สิทธิ์ / โต๊ะ / ใบเสร็จ
• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับส่วนลด หรือโปรโมชั่นอื่นๆได้
• บัตรกำนัลสามารถใช้ได้กับการสำรองการจองสูงสุด 10 ท่าน และไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับการจองเป็นกลุ่ม หรือหมู่คณะ
• บัตกำนัลไม่สามารถใช้ได้ระหว่างวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ และวันหยุดเทศกาลต่างๆตามที่โรงแรมกำหนด เช่น วันวาเลนไทน์, วันตรุษจีน, วันก่อนหน้าคริสต์มาสและวันคริสต์มาส, วันก่อนปีใหม่และวันปีใหม่ และวันอื่นๆตามที่โรงแรมกำหนด
• โรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนสิทธิพิเศษหรือบริการในมูลค่าที่เทียบเท่า ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถให้บริการได้
• สงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
• กรุณาสำรองล่วงหน้า 1 วันก่อนใช้บริการกับทางโรงแรมโดยตรง
• เงื่อนไขเป็นไปตามที่บริษัทฯและทางผู้ให้บริการกำหนด อาจเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า กรณีมีข้อพิพาทโต้แย้งใดๆ ให้ถือเอาคำตัดสินของบริษัทฯและผู้ให้บริการเป็นที่สุด

Terms & Conditions

• The above privileges are granted only when payment is made by a valid voucher at designated outlet upon arrival.
• The above privileges cannot be exchanged or changed into cash.
• Children age under 11 years old will not be counted for this promotion except further notice from the hotel/restaurant side.
• The offers are applicable for dine-in only and not applicable to set / special menu except stated by the hotel/restaurant.
• The offers are applicable to only valid voucher maximum 10 vouchers at designated outlet per bill per table per visit.
• The above privileges cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
• The above privileges are applicable to individual booking maximum at 10 persons and cannot be used with any function or group reservation.
• The above privileges are not applicable on public holidays or other special occasions except stated by the hotel/restaurant (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year Eve/Day, etc.).
• The hotel/restaurant reserves the right to substitute similar goods or services to equivalent value in case the said offer is not available.
• Promotion conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
• Table reservation is required 1 day in advance with limited seats.
• Other specific conditions from each hotel/restaurant may apply.
